At-Home Customer Service Specialist- Part Time

To ensure we maintain a top-notch customer experience, regardless of Customer Service Specialist location, there are a number of items that you must have to be considered for the role. Part Time Opportunities:

We are currently looking for part-time team members to fill a variety of shifts throughout the week. The shifts we are looking to fill are:

  • 6:30pm-11pm NZ time (Mon-Fri)

  • 10am-7pm NZ time (Saturdays)

  • 11am-8pm NZ time (Sundays)

*All successful candidates will be required to complete their initial training during business hours (AEST) for a maximum of 2 full working weeks or equivalent*

As a part-time employee, you would be guaranteed a minimum amount of hours each week (either 10 or 15 depending on what you’re after), with further opportunity to take on extra shifts when desired.

  • Capturing the nature of the issue and explaining to new customers how our service works

  • Scheduling appointments with the right technician for the job

  • Resolving customer concerns and post-service queries

  • Providing friendly, courteous and efficient customer service to both customers and field technicians

Qualities of an Exceptional At-Home Customer Service Specialist:

  • Naturally curious and motivated to seek out resources to support your learning and day-to-day work

  • Competing priorities and a fast-paced environment keep you engaged and on your toes rather than overwhelm you

  • You proudly take ownership of your work and you’re comfortable working solo for extended periods of time with minimal direction, but you’re also a strong team player that loves supporting your colleagues

  • You seek out both positive and constructive feedback (both qualitative and KPIs) because you’re enthusiastically focused on continuously improving your performance

  • You appreciate the impact your attitude has on your own happiness and success at work; you’re confident that you’ll bring your best each and every day!
