About the opportunity:

Our client is New Zealand’s premium home building company. They are wanting to add a Sales Representative to their growing organisation of professionals. You will be part of an award winning team with 40 years experience deliver stunning homes to satisfied customers.

Role description:

As a Sales Representative, your responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service while achieving top sales targets. You will represent the brand professionally and must be a problem-solver who is willing to go above and beyond. You will need to be adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the business and be driven by exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and communicate competitive advantages to clients
  • Meet sales goals and support team members
  • Enjoy developing a broad network of contacts and relationships with potential clients and investments
  • Complete/monitor purchase agreements to ensure all terms and conditions are met by their critical dates
  • Arrange, coordinate, and document pre/post contract specifications
  • Produce detailed weekly sales reports
  • Participate in the development of relevant internal processes

This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:

  • Highly motivated with a proven background in outstanding sales achievements
  • Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in new homes sales / real estate 
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Own transportation and a driver’s license is needed
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure

They have established national supply agreements with a number of major suppliers in New Zealand, securing the best possible buying power and support for the company franchisees. Their original systems have been fine-tuned over the years through feedback from their franchisees, and continue to improve as the company grows.
