About the role and you
Reporting to the General Manager of New Zealand, the National Sales Manager who takes up this role will be fortunate to inherit a high performing team of three, who have excellent well-established client relationships with their retail partners. The team works with high-quality products that Designers, Architects, and high-end Retailers are proud to recommend to their clients. 

SAP or experience with an enterprise system is ideal. Proven success as a National Sales Manager that clients’ regard as “exceptional to deal with” will be imperative.
Strengths will include:
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and cement long-term relationships
  • Identify, analyse and develop new product category opportunities in order to facilitate growth
  • Managing the maintenance of existing customers, including major accounts, whilst maximising the overall customer experience
  • Having respect and competence, managing and growing a high performing sales team
  • Strategically develop and grow overall business revenue and profit
  • Confidence with technical and practical product solutions
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written) is a must along with a sense of humour
