Customer Service/Admin Assistant

Admin/customer service Assistant: We are looking for a super star Admin assistant that can also help with customer service duties.

Our client is one NZ's biggest retailers, located in Wiri/Manukau. This role will involve assisting our client in all admin areas.

  • Answering phones and following up with clients
  • Entering data and tracking orders
  • Creating timesheets/rosters using Excel
  • Receiving and responding to email correspondence
  • Helping customers with queries

Some administrative and data entry skills are required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting a career in Admin or customer service. All though this role is temporary it could lead to more possibilities within the business for the right candidate.

What you’ll need:

  • Must be available for full time hours
  • Reliable transport and committed to your team
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Data entry experience
  • Personality!
