Production Data Coordinator

You
You’ll have solid hands-on experience in a similar role and preferably have knowledge or previous experience within the hydrocarbon industry and are now looking for a fresh challenge. You like working with data and problem solving in a dynamic team that is fast paced and productive where you can learn from experienced colleagues and use your high level of initiative to provide solutions.

Our Location
Our McKee Mangahewa and Kapuni Production Stations are a short drive out of the city from our head office based in New Plymouth. Todd actively supports a large variety of community assets including the award winning Len Lye Arts Centre, the Aquatic Centre and supports bringing the globally recognised WOMAD festival to New Plymouth.
 
The Role 
This role involves performing hydrocarbon allocation processes and delivery of production data for Todd Energy’s interests. You will assist with the development of the Hydrocarbon Accounting System, as well as providing application and user support for the other Production Operations systems, such as Power BI, PiVision and Digital Oilfield and integrating with our Information Management & Technology to ensure best practice for the business.

Suitable applicants must have:
  • Relevant IT/IS, computer science or data management qualification
  • Experience in data management and hydrocarbon accounting preferably within the upstream oil and gas industry
  • Previous experience with applications such as PowerBi, PiVision and Digitial Oilfield is beneficial
  • Ability to communicate and integrate well with a variety of colleagues and contracting workforce
  • Motivation for continuous improvement in data management and reporting and operational excellence
  • Ability to drive complex issues and proactively influence others with sound technical reasoning
  • Ability to set priorities on competing issues according to value to business
  • Motivated, self-starting, independent individual with a high level of initiative and good communications skills.
