Finance Specialist - Contact Centre

We are a close knit team in a busy contact centre where great pride is taken in delivering quality, efficient and timely customer service.  In this role, you’ll be at the front line supporting our customers on a daily basis. You will be responsible for:

·         Processing loan applications
·         Delivery loan outcomes to our customers
·         Customer retention
·         Answering customer’s enquiries

This position will be based on a rotating roster where you will need to be available between Monday to Sunday, 7am to 9pm

Ideal skills/experience:
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service and achieving KPI's.
  • Ability to identify customer requirements and offer a product match as part of the sales process
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong team player
  • Great attention to detail
  • Fast learner who is comfortable navigating through and working on various computer systems and applications.
