Call Centre - Customer Services Representative

About the role
You will be working with the service team acting as the first point of contact for customers who either have phone or email queries. You will be processing orders, acting as dispatch and updating the system accordingly.

Duties will include:

  • Taking large volumes of calls
  • Liaising with customers
  • Working with the service department
  • Following up/chasing job orders for clients and customers
  • Provide quotes and generate invoices in a timely manner
  • Assist the service leader as required
  • Supporting with general administrative duties

Experience

  • Call centre experience is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar and/or customer service role
  • Strong customer service background
  • A competitive spirit with a drive to succeed 
  • Strong computer skills are essential
  • Prior call centre work is essential
  • Ability to move quickly
