In this role you will be our first point of contact for many of our clients and suppliers as our broker support with reception duties.  You will also support the wider office with the day to day servicing of their clients. The key responsibilities of this role include preparation of client pre-renewal information, processing of renewals, endorsements, collection of premiums and managing general client queries.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Be enthusiastic, a quick learner with excellent computer skills. Previous experience with eGlobal database processing would be advantageous although full training will be provided
  • Have experience working in a customer facing role and developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills and a friendly professional phone manner
  • Have strong administrative skills, high attention to detail and a committed work ethic
  • Be adept at prioritising your work flow with ability to meet tight deadlines
