Customer Service Specialist- Contact Centre

We have an exciting opportunity in our Call Centre for an energetic, customer focused professional to join our high performing and friendly team of specialists – who all have the same passion for delivering excellent service to our customers.

This role would be ideal for someone who is wanting to expand on their call centre or sales experience by working in Personal Finance. Based in our Lower Hutt office, you will be responsible for processing loan applications and delivering loan outcomes to our customers over the phone. Handling inbound/outbound calls and customer retention is a huge part of this role.  

This position will be based on a rotating roster where you will need to be available between Monday to Sunday, 7am to 9pm

What we’re after:
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service and achieving KPI's.
  • Ability to identify customer requirements and offer a product match as part of the sales process.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communication manner.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate resilience under pressure.
  • Fast learner who is comfortable navigating through and working on various computer systems and applications.
