Our client specialises in residential property management and utilise their expertise, time and passion to manage their tenants expectations, maximise their clients return on investment and make the process of owning property a lot more appealing.

The company is growing and they are looking for an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of three years Property Management experience or someone that is keen and enthusiastic to learn with a passion for property.  They are looking for someone with a strong work history and a flair for sales.  It is important that you are a good communicator and have the ability to empathise with clients and take a diplomatic approach when required.

Whilst the role involves meeting with clients there is back up administration and it is important you have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word and keep tidy and accurate records.  A knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 would be an advantage.  

This role involves business development and will draw on your sales and networking skills to grow your business portfolio.
