Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
*Assisting with guest check-in and check-out
*Answering guest queries & general customer service
*Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously
*Daily cashiering and other general Front *Desk duties
*Answering internal and external phone calls
*Resolving billing queries and guest complaints
*Flexibility over the weekend is needed as there is a mix of early and late shifts.
If you have the ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and have a logical approach to work we want to hear from you. Exceptional customer service skills are a must for this role.
To be considered for this role the candidates should possess the following:
*Have the flexibility to work am & pm shifts during weekends and public holidays.
*Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills
*A passion for hospitality and providing superior customer service
*Excellent interpersonal skills and a great telephone manner
*A high level of computer literacy
*Excellent attention to detail
Immediate start is preferred with full training provided.
