Administrator - Cardiology

Where you’ll be working: Cardiology Department, Waikato Hospital, Hamilton
The details: Permanent, 24 hours per week
 
 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration position within our Cardiology Service.

 
About the role:

The position will be working cohesively across two areas within Cardiology with the Cardiac Inherited Diseases and Community Cardiology team.

 

We are a dynamic group that are looking for a competent self-driven person to join the team. This position will be assisting with general administrative tasks across these two teams. It will involve data entry, database management, preparation and distribution of documents and presentations.

 
Requirements:
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of hospital procedures, terminology and administrative platforms is desirable
