Is this your next role? 

As part of the Auckland based Information Communication Technology (ICT) support and service desk environment, you’ll offer friendly 1st and 2nd level technical support for Heartland’s group ICT operations. You’ll be super involved in the support of Heartland ICT WAN, LAN, hardware, server and client operating systems and applications.

A brilliant communicator, you’re all about customer service and nothing is a problem to  you. You thrive in buzzing environments and enjoy finding innovative ways of doing things. With excellent trouble shooting skills, you have the ability to consider issues from a range of angles and you’re a star at proposing creative solutions. You’ll be okay with doing on call one week out of four.

You’re a pro:
• Solid experience in a customer facing helpdesk role with strong communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge with PC hardware and operating systems, Windows 7 and 10 essential
• Solid experience in Active Directory & Exchange
• Application support experience
• Experience in the following specific technologies:- HP Desktop hardware- Windows 7 and Windows 10 client- Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016/2019 - Windows Printing- Active Directory 2012- Citrix XenApp- Windows 2008/2012/2016 server- Exchange 2010- Cisco Telephony products CUCM & UCCX- TCP/IP networking in a Windows environment- WSUS- Microsoft Configuration Manager- Microsoft Service Manager- File systems and devices – SAN, NAS, NFS, CIFS/SMB- SharePoint- Antivirus solutions- Symantec Enterprise Vault- Forcepoint security products- VMWare
• Current Microsoft Citified Professional (MCP) or equivalent essential
• Current MCSA or other Microsoft certifications are advantageous
