The Role

We are looking for three (3) experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team in our Hamilton office in a fixed term capacity, with contracts finishing at the end of February 2020. 

We provide services within New Zealand and Australia and operate between the hours of 7.30am to 7.30pm, five days a week. 

In your new role you will also be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently, running daily reports and most importantly, building long lasting relationships with our Customers.

About You

You will be a skilled problem solver, have an enthusiastic and customer centric style and can calmly listen to customer service issues and offer unique and innovative solutions. 

Ideally you will have a strong ‘can do’ attitude who can provide quick and accurate assistance to our customers in New Zealand and Australia.

SAP experience is preferred and you must have experience using Gmail and Microsoft Office software. 

You need to be able to demonstrate flexibility as you will be serving customers across Australia and New Zealand time zones.
