About the business


Compass Homes has been in business for 15 years and opened our beautiful WBOP showhome almost 2 years ago.


About the role


Due to our current admin assistant relocating, we are sadly looking for a replacement. The role we are looking to fill is for an administrative assistant who can turn their hand to just about anything.  The tasks involved range from accounting through marketing to document preparation.  No two days are the same.

Skills and experience


Ideally we are looking for someone with experience across most admin tasks. A good understanding of Xero would help you run our end of month reporting.  You will need to have experience and a good understanding of the microsoft office suite - particularly Xcel.

You will need to be outgoing, customer centric  patient and able to multitask.
