Logistics Coordinator

We are on the hunt for a logistics coordinator with prior experience, a can do attitude and a current Fork Hoist licence is a must. Supporting the project management team - this role is critical to the whole business. Join a leading, expanding and established Manufacturing business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the jobs get delivered from A to B and installed smoothly
  • Scheduling deliveries and confirming clients are aware of timeframes
  • Organising installations; working with subcontractors
  • Reconciling purchase orders; qualifying any extra work logged
  • Handle customer queries to a high standard efficiently

 

To be successful in this role you will ideally:

  • Have an eye for detail, not be afraid to recommend your ideas to implement new processes
  • Proven experience within a similar logistics position
  • Have a current Fork Hoist licence
  • Enjoy working collaboratively across all areas of the business
  • Outstanding team player who has the skills needed to build strong relationships
  • Organisation and prioritising come naturally to you
  • An understanding of manufacturing businesses
