About the role:

You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and be solely responsible for leading the Technology function. This includes maintaining and supporting current technologies, working alongside technology vendors, setting and implementing the ICT strategy. As this is a small team, you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in on the technical side when required. This is a rewarding role with plenty of projects on the go. It would ideally suit a real go getter. Someone that can lead with an ethos that no task is too small. Everyone contributes to the teams success, starting with you. 

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Experience as a System Engineer with Microsoft technologies - MS Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, SQL, Office 365, Dynamics 365
  • Master Data management expereince
  • 5 years + experience in a similar management role with responsibility for all IT budgets and budget forecasting.
  • Vendor selection experience
  • SLA negotiation experience
  • Software and Hardware procurement and licensing experience 
  • Vast Experience with Windows 10, Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), WAN, Security, DR
  • The ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • The desire to lead and inspire a team.
  • Experience with Information Security and Security leadership and Architecture.
  • Experience in running programmes of work
