You’ll be part of a Partners team responsible for marketing and selling our highly regarded practice solutions and online business tools. The relationship between advisors and their clients is essential to success now and in the future. Will you help point the way forward?

The Opportunity

Our clients will be undergoing unprecedented change as our cloud solutions are released to market. We want to help them to navigate this transformational journey, by assisting them with their change management efforts, beginning with the initial engagement.

In this brand new role, you'll upskill our sales teams with knowledge of change management essentials and advice, by building programs, content and delivering training to our client facing teams.

The Role

  • Ensure that all client-facing sales team members have sufficient knowledge to enable our clients’ change journey
  • Build internal content and training services to instil change management knowledge
  • Develop client-facing material communicating people-centered change skills including the vision, assessment of change impact, how to plan the people aspects of change management and personal flexibility, influencing others and mentoring managers, and selecting change champions
  • Develop MYOB’s Change Management Framework that ensures consistency in approach from initial client engagement through to implementation
  • Drive continuous improvement in both to maximise client value realisation from MYOB products and services

  • In depth knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies with successful delivery across a range of business sizes
  • Experience developing and delivering effective training that builds knowledge in change management
  • Can do attitude, resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • A growth mindset that fosters a culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement
