Customer Service Representative

Westown

Who are you?

We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented individual to join our Westown branch as a Customer Service Representative on a permanent part-time basis for 20 hours per week.  You'll be someone who thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment, demonstrates high attention to detail while delivering exceptional customer service.  

Flexibility is required with the rotation of Monday and Tuesday alternating each week.  The days and hours of the role;

  • Week 1: Monday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Thursday 10.30am - 2.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • Week 2: Tuesday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Thursday 10.30am - 2.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

 As the first point of call for our customers you’ll be confident, have a professional manner and positive outlook. Your continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers first will set you apart from the rest, and your ability to use initiative and self-manage when required will be second to none. 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • At least one years’ experience in a sales or customer service position - preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • Proven sales ability
  • Cash handling experience would be preferable, but not essential
  • Great communication skills
  • High level computer skills
  • A systematic, organised approach to work
  • A “can do” service attitude
  • To be a change agent - someone who thrives in a fast-paced changing environment and actively accepts, embeds and reinforces continuous change
