Customer Service Coordinator

  • Freemans Bay, 5 hours each day Monday to Friday, $23-$27 an hour

The opportunity
 
The key responsibilities are focused on calling customers who have already indicated that they are interested in being contacted to discuss the service and sales related activity.  It will include a mixture of receiving incoming calls and emails while also performing the outbound calls to verify information the customer has provided.  Administration and coordination skills will definitely go hand in hand with the customer service focus on this role, it’s crucial that you can be that friendly person at the other end of the phone while also meeting deadlines and ensuring the information is absolutely correct on the internal database.
 
 
You
 
Prior customer service experience is essential as well as a positive, self-motivated and mature outlook.  Due to the accuracy required of the information collected on the phone and by email you need to take great pride in having high attention to detail.  Being friendly, sincere and professional to everyone you contact is such an important trait and will see you fit right in with the team, company and customers.  5 hours per day through the week is needed and ideally this will alternate between mornings and afternoons each day, you need to be reliable and punctual to fit around other commitments.
