Indufor Asia Pacific Ltd, Forestry Consultants is seeking a PART TIME Accounts Assistant to process accounting data and provide administrative support to the Financial Controller.  This role is expected to take approximately 10 - 16 hours per week .

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing accounts payable invoices
  • Processing staff expense claims
  • Processing credit card transactions and reconciliation
  • Credit control
  • Assistance with office administration

We are looking for someone:

  • With strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work on their own, multi task and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Xero and Excel
  • A team player with good communication skills

Reporting to the Financial Controller and based in CBD within close proxity to the Britomart transport hub, this is a part time role with some flexibility and expected to take 10-16 hours per week. Hours are flexible and may vary during the month. 

Please note this is a PART TIME role only. This role would suit a semi retired accounts assistant wanting to work only a few hours a week or someone with school age children wanting to return to the workforce in a part time role only.
