Riccarton Physio is looking for an enthusiastic, well organised and motivated person to help drive our well established busy practice. 

We require the successful applicant to work 3 full days per week (Monday to Wednesday) with the ability to cover sick leave and holidays of the other receptionist.

Experience with Practice Management Software (we use Gensolve) and dealing with ACC is desirable but not essential. The successful applicant must be friendly and personable at all times, able to multi task and prioritise well, learn new systems and skills quickly and have excellent computer skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet, greet and arrive clients
Ask and assist clients to complete registration/consent/ACC45 forms
Answer phone calls and manage bookings on Practice Management System
E-Lodge new ACC claims
Scan documents into the Practice Management System
Take payments via EFTPOS or cash
Maintain record of payments for each health provider
Order office supplies
Receive and distribute mail

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Excellent people person with outgoing friendly nature.
Good computer skills and ability to pick up new software quickly
Gensolve experience or other similar Practice Management System desirable.
Ability to multi task and work within a team of multidisciplinary Health Professionals
Attention to detail is essential
