The role

We are looking for a junior-to-mid-level Strategy Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation team and support some of our most important strategic projects. Reporting to the General Manager of Strategy, you’ll work across internal teams ranging from buying to store operations to supply chain, digital, marketing and more. You will enjoy using your strategic and analytical mindset, interpersonal skills, and outcome focus to not just solve problems on paper, but drive solutions through to implementation. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting key strategy and transformation analyses and projects

  • Structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them

  • Influencing  and mobilising key stakeholders to deliver impactful change

  • Extracting and communicating insights from complex analysis

  • Injecting strategic and innovative thinking into the issues that the business faces

What we are looking for:

  • Genuine all-rounder with a strategic mindset and strong mix of analytical and interpersonal skills

  • 4+ years of experience with minimum 2+ years within a top tier strategy consultancy, investment bank or corporate strategy team essential

  • Outstanding academic record and extra-curricular achievements; Strongly degree qualified

  • Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation

  • Analytics and quantitative modelling; Highly proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Thinkcell

  • Self-starter and “can do”  - easy to get along with, naturally curious, comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys getting things done

  • Consumer market experience and retail experience is an advantage but not essential
