Frontline Customer Service

We have an opportunity for a frontline NZ Customer Service Administrator to join the national sales team within an established food manufacturer based in Seaview, Wellington. This is a full time, dynamic, customer centric role managing customers requirements, while liaising internally and externally with key support functions. Hours 8am- 4.30pm.

This is a critical role within the sales team with the following responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily customer order process from receipt to despatch / invoice in co-ordination with our third party warehouse and transport partners
  • Liaising with customers on product and order queries
  • Supporting the national sales team customer activities
  • Covering Australian Customer Service tasks as required
  • Updating and maintaining the customer database
  • Processing credits
  • And general administrative tasks

 

To be successful in the role we require the following:

  • A person who has been in a similar customer service role in a manufacturing environment
  • Someone who can multitask, is well organized, and enjoys a variety of activities
  • A person who enjoys interacting with customers with a professional approach and good levels of energy
  • Exposure to warehousing and logistics would be of benefit
