Wilderness Motorhomes is on the lookout for a dynamic and friendly superstar who thrives on being the go-to person for our customers. In return, we offer full training on how motorhomes work (no prior knowledge is necessary); free motorhome hire; uniform and roadside parking.

Wilderness Motorhomes is a NZ owned and operated company that aims to deliver the ultimate NZ road trip through its premium motorhomes and remarkable customer experiences.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first point of call for our customers' phone calls and email inquiries, being able to help them achieve their dream holiday plans. Your ability to empathise and problem-solve for our guests will be valuable assets in this on-road support position. This is an exciting opportunity where no two days will ever be the same!

What we need from you
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for as well as at least 2 years experience in customer services or a call center role
  • Energy, positivity and a team player approach
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Current full driver's license to be able to drive our vehicles and transport guests

The hours of this role are 8 am - 5 pm and are based on a roster, which needs to provide coverage across a 7-day working week.
