Customer Service Officer

24 hours per week plus relief

We are seeking a proactive and customer focused professional to join our Customer Service Centre and interact with our customers in person, by phone and online.

Working as part of a highly dedicated team, you will be responsible for attending to all customer enquiries, ensuring that you provide the right advice, information, processing of payments and follow up, according to the customers’ needs. To do this, you will build your knowledge through a comprehensive training and induction programme and by accessing a number of different systems and tools.

Your excellent communication skills, combined with your customer service and cash handling experience, ability to work as part of a team and confidence to navigate around a variety of computer systems, will set you up for success in this dynamic role.

A customer service or other tertiary qualification is advantageous, but not essential.
