Part-Time Real Estate Administrator

Part-Time Real Estate Office Administrator, Contract Role

The opportunity has arisen for an experienced part-time Real Estate Office Administrator to work in our busy Kaiapoi Office.  Mike Pero is a name synonymous with excellence in mortgage broking and has transferred this same excellence into Mike Pero Real Estate.  

Based in our Kaiapoi offices you will be reporting directly to our Southern Regional Manager and providing administration assistance to our very busy, productive team of seven.  

Your ability to provide a high level of client service and provide prompt, friendly communication along with the ability to multi-task will come in handy with this role.   

Being extremely pro-active and having great initiative combined with your experience in real estate administration will see you excel.   You will have excellent attention to detail.  You may even hold your Level 4 Salesperson qualification and are looking for a support role in the industry.

The required hours of work will be part-time and flexible to the role typically Monday to Friday, 9.30am-2.30pm (20-25 hours per week). 

Job Requirements:

  • Two years' experience in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented real estate or legal environment;
  • Salesperson License would be a definite advantage (or the commitment to obtaining your Licence);
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office; experience with real estate CRM systems (Campaign Track etc) or similar;
  • Fantastic people skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of people;
  • Proven clear thinker, well organised, level-headed, solution oriented and a quick learner;
  • Frontline, self-starter, efficient, productive and works well within a team environment.

Induction and training will be provided and we ideally require the successful applicant to start asap.  

Remuneration will be discussed at the interview.
