The Opportunity

Your day to day responsibilities will include 2nd level support for core applications and their interaction with other systems in a busy and challenging environment.  You will have a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving, and the ability to prioritise and follow tasks through to completion.  Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands quickly are key, so ideally this role would suit someone who is energetic, motivated and a great team player.  You will also have highly developed communication and relationship management skills as this role involves engaging with multiple functions within the business and external stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced application troubleshooting skills
  • Capable of taking responsibility for tasks or issues and seeing them through to completion
  • Reasonable level of SQL Server knowledge and experience in writing and using SQL queries
  • Experience in software change management
  • Experience with IT service desk software
  • Enjoys working in a Food or Manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and literacy skills and the ability to work in a dynamic office environment
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a ‘service attitude’
