Community Connector

Community Living is part of Geneva Healthcare, dedicated to supporting clients who have a range of intellectual and/or physical disabilities. The Community Connector role is designed to enhance their lifestyle by delivering connections with external community networks. This involves outings with person centred activities and integration's to benefit our clients. You will be a valued mentor and leader to guide our clients to attainable pathways to help them achieve their goals and be the best they can be. Your calendar will be full of exciting and effective outings to benefit all involved. Naturally you are a go getter and are willing to go over and above to do you part in supporting our clients to live their best lives!

This role is 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday and based in Central Auckland.

If you have well developed communication skills, enjoy helping others and are passionate about supporting clients with a disability get out and live their best lives, then we would love to hear from you. Experience in a similar role would be ideal but is not essential.
