Change Manager

About the role:
As Change Manager you’ll be responsible for supporting 2 high priority remediation projects, with a 50/50 split, meaning you will have to travel between CBD and Albany. You will complete change impact assessments, plan change activities and ensure they are implemented and work with stakeholders to make sure they are kept up to date.


Required skills / experience:

  • 5+ years as a Change Manager within large, complex projects.
  • Comfortable completing change impact assessments and change management implementation activities and deliverables.
  • Provide input into process design eg. business escalation process, reporting requirements, feedback mechanisms.
  • Outstanding technology and business stakeholder management.
  • Banking or other financial experience advantageous.
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills.
