HR Manager - Fixed Term in Mount Maunganui

Our Mount Maunganui client is looking for an expereinced HR Manager.
This is a fixed term 6 month opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Human Resources Professional to provide the business with human relations advice and to oversee HR and Recruitment functions.

The ideal candidate must be willing to work autonomously when needed and support a team of two other HR professionals.
In addition, the candidate must have a good understanding of people and people dynamics; have excellent MS Office 365 knowledge; have good organisational and time management skills and have a passion for seeking the right outcomes.

Key Skills required for this role:
• Provide employment relations advise to management and executive team
• Management of all disciplinary and grievance claims
• Management of Company HR Policies and Processes
• Review, develop and monitor employment agreements
• Provide recruitment support
• Up to date with NZ Employment legislations

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial position.

The start date for this role is ideally Monday 11th November.
