Customer Services Officer

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to experience a dynamic fast-paced Customer Services environment? Are you motivated, with a passion to provide an upbeat, upfront and informative experience to customers across a wide range of services that Dunedin City Council provides? 

The Customer Services team at DCC is committed to a friendly, timely and accurate service. The emphasis is on meeting our customers’ needs at the first point of contact via telephone, email, counter and the Council’s website.

We have two full-time, fixed term positions available, one ending end of April 2020 and one ending July 2020.

You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the customer service industry, a proven track record of superlative customer service ethic, excellent communication skills and resilience to move with our variety and volume.

In the first instance you will be working Monday to Friday, however weekend shift work  might be required.
