This company has been going from strength to strength and due to organic growth they are now seeking a Service Desk Engineer with previous experience working in an enterprise environment. 

Ideally you will have:
  • 18 month to two years IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience working in an Wintel Environment.
  • Basic Networking skills.
  • Active directory.
  • Professional pro-actve approach.
  • Call Logging System Experience - BMC, HEAT, Service Now or Cnnectwise.
  • Apple product Support would be advantagous.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • ITIL.
You will need to be well versed in relationship building, influencing and sharing information.
 
This is a very complex site so you will need to have a strong customer focus and be flexible and collaborative in your approach.
