Service Coordinator

Honda New Zealand Limited's National Distribution Centre is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team in Nelson. This is a full time role that would suit someone with automotive technical knowledge who is keen on developing their career.

 

The primary duty of the role is accurately and efficiently coordinate the Service Department processing of Honda National Distribution Centre.

 

Duties of role:

  • Coordinates with Managers and team members to achieve production targets
  • Ensures preventive maintenance and hoist safety checks are carried out as per schedule 
  • Communicates issues to the management to ensure continued harmony with internal and external customer.
  • Ensures best practice health and safety is adhered in order to meet compliance.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • WOF Certification is a must
  • Extensive experience in automotive repair
  • Clear communication and customer service skills
  • Supervisory or Team Leader Experience is an advantage
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Agile and accurate
  • Adequate computer skills dedicated
