About the role

As a People and Culture Business Partner you will be assigned your own business portfolio where you will build relationships with leadership and become a valued member of their management team. At Wintec you will use your influence and coaching abilities to work through leaders and managers to affect change and progress with people.

You will work alongside a big happy team, including three other P&C Business Partners, two Organisational Development Business Partners, and the Safety and Wellbeing team. We have a close support network and swap advice, guidance and experience to continuously grow each other as a team.

It is important that you have significant experience in generalist HR and employment legislation and processes. This is your bread and butter. But a passion for influencing your business unit leaders to get the best out of their teams, through coaching, development or performance enhancement to achieve our strategic goals will be your true measure of success. You will need passion for bringing out the best in people and tenacity to work through the challenges that come with taking people on this journey.

This is a fixed-term, part-time role covering parental leave for 30 hours per week. Flexible working arrangements can be accommodated, and we encourage remote working for balance and focus.
