About the role


You will be the first point of contact to all our clients and staff, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed in our offices. You will answer and redirect phone enquiries, deal with the mail and support our staff with other general administrative duties, amongst other key duties.


Skills and experience


You will be a positive and reliable all-rounder, someone who works autonomously under their own initiative and is well organised. You will be a person of strong integrity who values confidentiality. You will be able to prioritize and respond to multiple demands and deadlines.

You will interact with internal team members requiring an outgoing, sociable, positive personality.

Previous receptionist and/or customer service experience will be looked on favourably but is not a necessity if you are a quick learner.

No one day will be the same and there is plenty of opportunity to take responsibility to ensure the smooth running and growth of this successful business. Our firm has a great team culture, it's busy but fun.
