Technical Help Desk Support Level 1&2

 

About the role - based in Auckland you'll be taking helpdesk calls from business clients all over New Zealand and providing them with great customer service plus friendly and helpful technical support!

  • Work in a busy state of the art Service desk environment
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 Support
  • Gain further training & certifications
  • Opportunities for promotion into the desktop team after a certain period
  • Nationwide leading MSP
  • Solve technical issues for  busy professionals, anything from easy to general day to day technical issues
  • All phone & email based
  • Escalate calls
  • Troubleshoot 
  • Take ownership
  • Work with the brilliant systems & processes in place

About you

You'll have a passion for information technology and enjoy providing your clients with great technical support & generally solving their technical issues remotely. You'll have 2 years of support experience and some of that time will have been in a  remote Service Desk environment.

  • Windows 7,8,10
  • Office 365, MS Server, AD, Printer Queues & Drivers, General Desktop Support, LANs, Anti Virus and more...
  • Must have provided Level 2 support as well as Level 1
  • Remote Support experience
  • Great people skills
  • Customer-Centric attitude
  • Can blitz your way through work and be calm and patient with your clients
  • A passion for technology 
  • Brilliant communication skills

All you need is 1 to 2 years working on an IT service desk, must have strong technical skills and be up for a phone-based technical screening to prove your Level 2 skills as part of the interview process prior to us submitting your application to our client.

 

All applicants must be able to work in NZ, i.e. have at least 2 years left of your work Visa, or Permanent Residency or NZ Citizenship. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
