As a Claims Support Officer you’ll help our customers to manage their claims and protect what they value most. You’ll do this by providing a high standard of administrative and claims management support through creation of workflows, and digital file management, and being responsible for a large amount of email traffic.


Your responsibilities would range from providing support services to dealing directly with our customers. You’ll build on your existing administrative and customer service skills and we’ll provide you with excellent training to support you in learning about Zurich’s claims products, processes and policies. As you learn and grow in the role you’ll have autonomy to organise and action your own daily workload. 

 

As a highly organised person with a proven track record of providing an exceptionally high quality of service and support, you’ll enjoy being a part of a professional and supportive Claims team. You’ll be able to utilise your fantastic written and verbal communication skills as well as use your detailed and proactive approach to problem solving. Additionally, you will be well versed in Microsoft Excel with a working knowledge of pivot tables.

 

Your background in a similar role with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and make & take ownership of decisions, as well as using your ability to generate insights to improve and implement business performance will be paramount in this role.
