Bendon is a much loved, iconic New Zealand company with a history dating back 72 years. We are unique in that we design, manufacture and sell our own products including Pleasure State, Heidi Klum Intimates, Fayreform, Lovable, Fredericks of Hollywood and of course Bendon.
We have recently undertaken a review of our operating model and have made the decision to create one global head office back here in Auckland, New Zealand. We are now recruiting 30 roles across Merchandise, Planning, Sourcing, Retail Operations, and Marketing.
The Producer role leads the production and manages the workflow of creative assets for Bendon's marketing department, creating content both in-studio and on location. They are responsible for managing all elements of the production process to ensure that projects have creative integrity and are within budget and timeframes.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all elements of the production process happen on time from brief to stakeholder approval, to output including post-production. Lead the production of assets from the creative studio, including, but not limited to the creation of photography, asset management, catalogue production, sample management, pre, and post-production
Build and maintain a strong network of suppliers and models that have direct and indirect relationships.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure teams are kept informed, up to date and creative integrity is maintained. Manage that delivery is in the budget, on time and stakeholders are managed
Deliver to the business calendar, to ensure the marketing department delivers projects back to the business within timelines. Work closely with the Design team to ensure that creative briefs are managed via Trello.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of design experience in agency, media or in-house production environments

- Highly organised, and effective at managing conflicting timelines, with a solution focussed approach.
- Effective budget and stakeholder management
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
