Telesales Representative

Telephone and Field Sales / Merchandising Role

Here’s your opportunity to put your skills to the test and play a fundamental role in delivering our sales plan by acquiring and retaining retail customers. You will be part of a dynamic team based in our Grafton offices providing innovative electronically activated retail products.

Consumers enjoy our vast product offering which includes gift cards, digital currency, mobile SIMS, mobile top up vouchers, phone cards, prepaid power, bill payment and transport services.

About the role

  • Securing sales of our amazing portfolio of products via outbound tele sales.
  • Cold calling with a focus on both acquisition and retention of customers.
  • Updating customer information and ensuring all communications are recorded
  • Some face to face selling and merchandising store visits.
  • Maintaining our database with customer orders promptly and following up on dispatch and delivery to our customers.
  • Providing clear and concise information to customers.
  • Supporting team targets working closely with our great team.

 

Our ideal candidate

  • A sales star; proven selling skills with prior telephone sales/marketing experience, driving sales results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Flexible with a willing and can do attitude, ability to handle objections whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Intermediate level of computer skills – solid data entry skills.
  • Drivers licence an advantage
  • Enjoys getting out and about in the field, merchandising and building rapport with our customers.
