Recruitment Specialist 

Reporting to our General Manager - New Zealand, this is an exciting role for a passionate recruitment professional to execute our talent sourcing strategy.  You will bring strong industry knowledge and will enjoy running assessment centres and recruiting and training high volumes of staff across our key categories (hospitality & events, warehousing and manual labour). 

You will bring recruitment expertise in interview design, assessment, selection and onboarding to ensure all candidates have an exceptional experience with us.

 This role is Auckland based but some travel will be required across New Zealand (and periodically to Australia for company events). 

What you'll do

  • Assessment design -  you'll play a key role in the recruitment and selection processes for our  Sidekick workforce, including developing interview questions, assessment centre design and candidate experience.

  • Recruitment - you'll enjoy running high volume recruitment campaigns and will also comfortably manage niche requirements for clients.

  • Onboarding - you'll onboard, train and upskill new Sidekicks

  • Talent pools -  you'll help our clients to manage their Sidekick workers by building talent pools for them, using our platform

  • Share expertise - you'll be considered the recruitment expert and will share insights and knowledge from the industry across the team and business

Experience required

  • 3+ years of proven recruitment experience. 

  • Strong consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills - you will have experience presenting to large groups and running high volume assessment centres

  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence influencing stakeholders to drive outcomes
