Social Media Team Member | Contact Centre

Within our Lower Hutt contact centre, we are seeking computer savvy, customer service extraordinaries to join our fun and fast-paced team.
  
At Cash Converters, we pride ourselves in our excellent customer service and we are looking for candidates who can match our level of affection, forming business building relationships with our customers.
  
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be acting as the initial point of contact for our customers, not just over the phone and in email, but also using Facebook messenger, WhatsApp and online chat as well!
  
You will be assisting our customers through a variety of situations ranging from:
  
  • Initial inquiries
  • Loan information
  • Preliminary information gathering
  • On-going follow-ups
  • Liaising with other departments for efficient processing of loan applications   
  • Maintaining long-lasting customer relationships by ensuring appropriate and efficient forms of communication

  • Fast learner who is comfortable navigating through and working on various computer systems and applications

Shifts:

This role is shift work that is based on a rotating roster. You will work different shifts between Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
