Top Ups Officer - Financial Organisation

Start your new job in this values-based Finance company in their brand-new state of the art offices in New Market and become an integral part of the business. Our client is looking for their next super star 'Top Ups' lending support talent.

If you have at least one experience in finance or previous experience in a similar role and put a huge emphasis on customer care, then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for. This role will see you building relationships across the entire business as well as building external relationships with Direct Customers, Brokers and other Finance companies.

You will manage a high volume of work in your stride and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail come naturally to you. You will provide strong administrative support to lenders and the overall team to ensure excellent customer service is maintained with both internal and external stakeholders.
