Part-time Office Administrator

Our client based in Petone is looking for an experienced Office Administrator who ideally has construction industry experience to provide administrative, marketing and project support. They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. 

This role offers a competitive salary along with flexible working hours. The work environment also allows for self-development and collaboration with an amazing team!

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and traits:
  • Experience working with tenders, completion docs and company ROIs
  • Provide project and administrative support including streamlining procedures and processes
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the office; including liaising with facilities management vendors
  • Experience with the following systems: Adobe Pro, Procore, MS Office
  • Knowledge of the construction/property industry will be advantageous
  • Procurement and logistics experience for sourcing of products
  • Event management experience
  • Solid administrative skills
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and a team player who is also punctual and reliable. A full drivers licence is also required.
