RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER 

The successful candidate will manage a property management portfolio of 60+ and work with clients so the ability to go above and beyond for them is essential. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow residential properties portfolio
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with property owners and tenants
  • Lease negotiations with property owners and tenants
  • Obtain quotations and arrange Repairs and Maintenance 
  • Conduct property inspections and produce reports to property owners
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with property owners and tenants
  • Monitor rent payments on a regular basis
  • Emails / phone calls correspondence with clients

We are looking for the right candidate who has 1 year + experience of property management with the following attributes and skills:

  • Courteous, professional and respectful rapport with team members
  • Capability to recognise and require high quality maintenance work
  • Compelling customer service / people / team building skills
  • Working independently and effectively under pressure with clients and management
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel, Outlook and IT literacy 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Pay strong attention to details and go for extra miles
  • Ability to create a professional level of delivery and service to clients
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in both written and spoken English 
  • Mandarin speaking would be an advantage
