What the job involves

Working within a small team, this is the position for you to grow and enhance your property experience. We are looking for

A professional individual with relevant property qualifications, or alternatively someone with two to three years' of industry experience, who is keen to make a positive difference for our community whilst expanding their existing property knowledge. You must have an eye for detail, maturity and great negotiation skills. You will understand the importance of following established processes when working with legal documents, and have strong communication and time management skills. The ability to balance your work and home life within an organisation full of people wanting to make a difference for our community. In addition to a great salary, discounted health insurance, wellness initiatives, assistance with relocation and accommodation if you are new to our district, ADC will encourage you to enhance your career through training and networking opportunities.
