We’re currently looking for an ANZ Compliance Administrator to join our busy Talent Centre Team. This is a highly valued position where you will be providing support to the wider recruitment business. This role will suit someone who has a great attention to detail, positive attitude, top excel skills and very process driven.

Your new role:

As an ANZ Compliance Administrator you will assist Kelly Services Australia & New Zealand to continuously meet its compliance obligations in relation to the relevant aspects of applicable regulations and internal policies. This position will be pivotal in ensuring that all grounds are covered in the compliance space to ensure accuracy is achieved. You will manage compliance and auditing reporting in a fast paced, deadline focused environment. Additionally, you will analyze data and suggest business improvements whilst building strong relationships with the wider team.

What will you be doing?

  • Understand our contractual compliance requirements and ensure these standards are being met
  • Run reports to ensure both countries are fully compliant
  • Working with Managers/Consultants to maintain the database
  • Working with the business to come up with ideas or suggestions to improve processes
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a collaborative environment

What we require:

  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and an unquestioned ability to manage confidentiality
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • You will have the ability to act promptly in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Has demonstrated resilience, drive, perseverance and confidence in your abilities
  • In-depth understanding of audit methodologies
  • This role would suit a recent graduate
