Administrative Assistant

  • Part time role up to six hours per day
  • Kingsland location
  • Administration, data entry, invoice processing and reception responsibilities

This role exists to assist with the day to day operations of our tenanted office spaces.  It also provides much needed support in accounts payable for two different companies who both operate within commercial construction.

Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience in CAT Project and/or Simpro
  • Experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • A friendly, bright personality
  • A passion for customer service
  • Confident working autonomously or in a team environment
  • Great communication skills – on the phone, in writing and in person
  • Strong computer skills particularly in Word and Excel
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • An ability to make things happen
