Our client, accessable, offers both the public and private health sector services that enhance independent lifestyles. They provide a variety of services nationwide, both in-house and throughout the community, including the refurbishment, repair and maintenance of disability and rehabilitation equipment. Now, a newly created position is available within their highly skilled annual servicing team

We are now looking for a self-motivated and talented Customer Services Administrator capable of making sure that we deliver exceptional service.

Working within the Repairs Team, this position will play an important part in managing and scheduling of repairs requests for our customers. On a day to day basis, you will be the first point of contact with customers providing support; assistance; answering queries; resolving first level issues and recording all customer interactions.  You will be someone with high data entry skills but equally important is your willingness to learn the business, become an important resource and maintain high standards as part of the team.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Have solid call centre or customer service representative experience
  • Possess strong communication skills including listening, telephone and written skills
  • Data entry and keyboard skills speed and accuracy
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Enjoy working and communicating with people
  • Enjoy working in a changing environment
