We are a rapidly growing General practice in centre of Hamilton. We provide services from 2 sites in hamilton. We also have a cosmetic clinic , which is co-located in the same building. We are committed to providing quality health care at a affordable cost . We need more staff to support our growing business.

About the role

We are looking for a experienced medical receptionist . It is essential to have skills on Med Tec  software.This is a very challenging role as the practice relies heavily on the admin staff . Flexibility , to work  is essential as we have a small team and people need to be adaptable to cover for each other. Right attitude and professionalism  and strong work ethic is important

Skills and experience

It is essential to have experience as medical receptionist and should have worked on front desk in  a medical clinic.  Has to be flexible in working a rostered shift as the practice opens 8am-7 pm week days and 8 am- 2 pm on Saturday.  We use Med tech Evolution software- so knowledge of at least Med Tec 32 is essential.
